CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you wish to cancel your reservation once it has been confirmed, you must follow the procedure set out in your booking confirmation.
Please note that some reservations are non-refundable in the event of the cancellation of an already confirmed reservation. If the reason for your cancellation is covered by the clauses of your insurance policy, you will be able to recover these costs.
There will be no charge for canceling your reservation before 6:00 p.m. (local hotel time) one day before the arrival date. If you cancel your reservation after 6:00 p.m. (local hotel time), one day before the arrival date, or if you do not show up, one night per room will be charged to your credit card. Taxes may apply. Failure to call or show up before departure time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
